 At DC Tours & Events, we design engaging, story-driven experiences rooted in history, culture, and place. Each tour includes professional narration, thoughtful route planning, and an experience tailored to your group’s interests.


The pricing below provides a general framework. Final pricing may vary based on group size, duration, and customization. Contact us about special pricing tor youth groups.


Tours may include major memorials, historic neighborhoods, and museums across Washington, DC. Museum visits on the National Mall are self-guided, allowing flexibility based on group interests and timing.

Some museums and sites require timed-entry or advance tickets. While many are free, fees may apply depending on availability and group size.

All tours can be tailored to your interests.

A signed proposal and 25% non-refundable deposit are required to hold your tour date. Deposit amounts may vary based on group size and tour type. Tours taking place within 4 weeks must be prepaid in full.


Final payment is due two weeks prior to the tour date.


Invoices are provided and may be paid using multiple payment methods listed on the invoice.


Tips are always appreciated but never required. For bus tours, any tips provided are shared with the driver.
