 At DC Tours & Events, we design engaging, story-driven experiences rooted in history, culture, and place. Each tour includes professional narration, thoughtful route planning, and an experience tailored to your group’s interests.

The pricing below provides a general framework. Final pricing may vary based on group size, duration, and customization. Contact us about special pricing tor youth groups.

Tours may include major memorials, historic neighborhoods, and museums across Washington, DC. Museum visits on the National Mall are self-guided, allowing flexibility based on group interests and timing.

Some museums and sites require timed-entry or advance tickets. While many are free, fees may apply depending on availability and group size.

All tours can be tailored to your interests.

2-Hour Walking Tour
$375 flat (up to 10 guests)
$40 per additional guest (11–20 guests)

Curated highlights within a defined geographic area. Personalized storytelling and historical context. Designed to maintain an intimate group experience.

4-Hour Walking Tour
$500 flat (up to 10 guests)
$45 per additional guest (11–30 guests)

Ideal for exploring the National Mall and nearby memorials. Allows for deeper storytelling, pacing, and reflection. Suitable for larger groups while remaining engaging and well-managed.

Small Bus Tours (We Secure the Bus)
15–25 guests (15-guest minimum)
$65 per person
2–3 hours

Includes transportation, professional narration, and curated routing.

Large Bus Tours (We Secure the Bus)
35–50 guests (35-guest minimum)
$65 per person
2–3 hours

Includes transportation, professional narration, and curated routing.

CLIENT PROVIDED BUS

2 hours: $450 flat
3–4 hours: $600 flat
Full-day tour of major memorials and monuments: $800 flat

Includes professional narration and route planning. Client is responsible for transportation.

A signed proposal and non-refundable deposit are required to hold your tour date. Deposit amounts may vary based on group size and tour type.

Full payment is due two weeks prior to the tour date.

Invoices are provided and may be paid using multiple payment methods listed on the invoice.

Tips are always appreciated but never required. For bus tours, any tips provided are shared with the driver.
