Welcome to DC Tours and Events! By booking a tour, using our website, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• All tours must be booked in advance.
   
• Full payment is required to secure your reservation unless otherwise stated.
   
• Group bookings (10+ guests) may require a signed agreement and deposit.
   
• Payments are accepted via secure methods outlined with each tour.
   

• Individual Bookings:
   
  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour may receive a full refund.
     
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or late cancellations.
     
• Group Bookings (10 or more):
   
  • Require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellations or changes.
     
  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the terms of your agreement.
     
• DC Tours and Events reserves the right to cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
   

• We strive to deliver all tours as described, but we reserve the right to make modifications due to closures, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
   
• Substitutions will always aim to preserve the quality and educational value of your experience.
   

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
   
• Respect your guide, fellow participants, and all locations visited.
   
• Guests must follow safety guidelines and any instructions provided by the guide.
   
• We reserve the right to remove any guest who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
   

• We do our best to accommodate guests with disabilities or dietary needs (when food is involved), but advance notice is required.
   
• Not all locations may be fully accessible; please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
   

• By participating in a tour, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with walking, transportation, weather, or third-party venues.
   
• DC Tours and Events is not liable for personal injury, lost items, or property damage during the tour.
   
• Participation is at your own risk.
   

• We may take photos or video during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please let us know before the tour begins.
   
• Guests are welcome to take photos, but please be respectful of others and the locations we visit.
   

All content on our website and in our tours—including logos, text, and materials—is the property of DC Tours and Events and may not be used without written permission.
